Return or Replacement Products

Customers might be unsatisfied with their order for a number of reasons—it arrived damaged, they ordered the wrong Products, or it simply didn't meet their expectations. So they ask for a replacement or their money back.

If you’re looking to Return or Replacement your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free Return or  Replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return or Replacement Reasons :

·  Item received is physically damaged;

·  Item received has missing parts or accessories;

·  Item received is different from their description on the   product detail page.

·  Item received is defective/does not work properly

·  Wrong item ordered/ delivered - Dispatched and received by the customer  

·  Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning

·  Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging

Please note the following exceptions to our replacement and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions.

  • To be eligible for a return, your Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returned Product must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Returned Product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Refunds :

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.

 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
